todo:

   remove pct-menu-system it is not in debian yet
 - (x) done - fix all paths for the package since /deb/ changed to /source/
 - (x) done - improve the readme with information about the fact that the
   all support scripts run on the client side and that the admin
   also uses ssh with X forwarding to provide the needed support.
 - intergrate defconf to ask the server to use
   the idea is to keep everything else the same
   so user still is support01 but the servername will be ask when doing
   dpkg-reconfigure pct-support-script
   the settings for pct-suppport-chat and pct-support-admin should stay
   the same the user or admin can always change it later.
 - any other ideas? any hints how to use debconf?
 - how hard will it be to change the name to pct-support-tools?


questions:
  - is it ok to have preconfigured config files for
    PowerCraft Technology or should i commentout them?
    reason they are there direct working after install
    for PowerCraft Technology
