    * fixed some typos in the GPL licence, due to text paste error
    * inproved compatibilty with x-terminal-emulator so it should work
      better on gnome, xfce and kde systems, testing is needed.
    * removed the default xfce4-terminal form config file
    * removed checking the secure host when starting ssh tunnel
      this may be a security issue but its to hard for normal user to
      add the key or say yes to add remote host to know_hosts file
    * also added some documentation in the README to don't check hosts

       improve the readme with information about the fact that the
       all support scripts run on the client side and that the admin
       also uses ssh with X forwarding to provide the needed support.

       setting the default mode to 2 because of the fullscreen bug ;-(
